Returns

All refunds requests must be within seven (7) days of the purchase date.

Returns Process

To cancel your subscription, please email customer service at billing@codania.online to obtain a Subscription Cancelation Authorization. Please note, you will be responsible for all subscription cancellation charges. This includes charges induced by our payout provider & relative banking charges.

Refunds

After receiving your return cancelation request, we will process your cancellation. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the cancellation of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

PLEASE NOTE

A 10% offboarding (cancelation) rembersment expenses fee will be charged on all cancellations. Cancellation of any subscription will result in refund of the original amount minus the expenses of transfer & fees charged by our payment provider
